Bill Phillips Eating for Life Plan at eDiets is based on the following 4 Principles:

You will be eating 6 small meals per day. Each meal will consist of protein and carbs. Vegetables need to be added to at least 2 meals per day.
While following “Eating for Life” your diet will be low in fat and consist of 40% to 50% protein and 40% to 50% carbohydrates. It is recommended that you drink 10 glasses of water daily.
You follow the plan for 6 days and on the 7th day you can eat what and how you want.
It’s recommended that you do cardio 3 times a week and strength training for 3 days a week. This exercise regimen was the focus of Bill Phillips first book “Body for Life”
