Before determining your ideal weight, you need to determine your body frame size.
There are two popular ways to do this …
1. Wrap your thumb and middle finger around the smallest section of your wrist.
- Small Frame: Your thumb and middle finger overlap
- Medium Frame: Your thumb and middle finger touch
- Large Frame: Your thumb and middle finger do not meet
2. Measure your wrist with a tape measure.
