Height and Weight Chart

Before determining your ideal weight, you need to determine your body frame size.

There are two popular ways to do this …

1.  Wrap your thumb and middle finger around the smallest section of your wrist.

  • Small Frame: Your thumb and middle finger overlap
  • Medium Frame: Your thumb and middle finger touch
  • Large Frame: Your thumb and middle finger do not meet

2.  Measure your wrist with a tape measure.

Men
  • Small Frame: Wrist size 5.5″ to 6.5″
  • Medium Frame: Wrist size 6:5′ to 7.5″
  • Large Frame: Wrist size over 7.5″
Women
  • Small Frame: Wrist size less than 6″
  • Medium Frame: Wrist size 6′ to 6.25″
  • Large Frame: Wrist size over 6.25″
