Eating for Life Diet Review

You will be eating 6 small meals per day. Each meal will consist of protein and carbs. Vegetables need to be added to at least 2 meals per day.

While following “Eating for Life” your diet will be low in fat and consist of 40% to 50% protein and 40% to 50% carbohydrates. It is recommended that you drink 10 glasses of water daily.

You follow the plan for 6 days and on the 7th day you can eat what and how you want.

Weigt TrainingIt’s recommended that you do cardio 3 times a week and strength training for 3 days a week. This exercise regimen was the focus of Bill Phillips first book “Body for Life”

Eating For LifeBill Phillips is an entrepreneur and author. He is best known for his best selling books Body for Life and Eating for Life.

Bill Phillips began bodybuilding in 1982. He began his publishing career in 1985 with a small newsletter for bodybuilders.

He was honored by Paul Newman an the late John F Kennedy Jr as one of Americas most generous busines leaders. He was also chose to carry the Olympic Torch on its relay across america for the 2002 olympics.

Bill Phillips has helped thousands of people to build leaner stronger bodies. He created the Eating for Life diet to compliment his Body for Life exercise program.
